MUT signs new Collective agreement with St Martins’ College – improved financials and conditions of work for educators
The Malta Union of Teachers and St Martins’ College signed a new collective agreement for educators at the College. The agreement includes improved salaries, new allowances and improved working conditions. This agreement has been negotiated during the past months and was approved unanimously by educators during a meeting held few days ago. This is the fifth agreement of the current MUT administration and St Martins’ College was the first independent school to conclude an agreement to bring about improved financials and conditions of work following the new Sectoral agreement with Government. The Union would like to thank St Martins’ College management, MUT delegates and members for the extensive work carried out leading to the new agreement.
