Letter of solidarity from ETUCE to MUT
In a letter sent to the Education Minister Clifton Grima, ETUCE President Mr John MacGabhann expressed ETUCE’s solidarity with MUT in the request to conclude the three-year long negotiations with the Government. The following is an extract
“The agreement for Malta’s vocational post-secondary institutions that expired three years ago has yet to be renewed. Continuing to deprive educators of a renewed collective agreement after three years is cause for serious concern and is a clear indication that social dialogue is not being practiced.”
