Junior College Collective Agreement update – suspension of directives
The MUT has been notified that all negotiations on collective agreements are suspended by the Office of the Prime Minister. In view of this central direction affecting all agreement negotiations, current negotiations of the collective agreement are suspended. The Union out of a sense of responsibility, is suspending the directives in force at the Junior College since no industrial action may lead to the resumption of negotiations before the election. The suspension is effective with immediate effect. The union shall be meeting affected members following the election and upon the appointment of the Minister of Education.
