Implementation of the Sectoral Agreement – LSEs
The MUT and the Education Ministry reached an agreement on the implementation of the respective clauses in the Sectoral Agreement leading to an ‘extended’ scale of LSEs. The interpretation agreed upon is according to the Sectoral Agreement whereby the entire experience as an SLSE or LSE needs to be considered for the computation of the extended scales for LSE grades. The decision was communicated to the Church Secretariat which contributed during various discussions on the matter. The Education Ministry and the Church Secretariat shall proceed with the workings for affected LSEs in accordance with the Sectoral Agreement. This shall also lead to perfect alignment of LSE conditions in the different sectors.
