Directive on Computer Coding for Church primary schools suspended
Following confirmation by the Director for Educational Services in Church Schools that it is up to the class teacher to decide on whether to adopt some degree of coding or not and that no member of staff is coerced to do so, the MUT is hereby suspending the directive on the matter. Members experiencing any pressure or coercion which goes against the spirit of the understanding should contact the Union accordingly.
