Clarifications regarding teaching load in State/Church Secondary Schools running a 40-lesson timetable
The Union would like to clarify that all activities requiring teacher supervision on or off premises including school outings need to be included in the respective weekly load of teachers for the computation of replacements. The daily load cannot exceed 7 lessons of 40 minutes duration whereas the weekly load cannot exceed 26 lessons of 40 minutes duration (25 lessons + 1 replacement).
