Bullying and intimidation at workplaces
The MUT is experiencing an increase in the incidents of intimidation and bullying at workplaces. This is being experienced in schools as well as in offices. The normality following the years of the pandemic seems to have led to a resurfacing of such unwarranted behaviour. The MUT has already alerted the Education Ministry about this situation as it is currently involved in a number of cases involving the said behaviour. The union condemns all such incidents and shall continue to protect members.
