The MUT refers to the communication ref PS 26 2024 issued by the Education Ministry requesting feedback on the new homework policy. In view of the effect of this policy on conditions of work which can have adverse effects on educators, the MUT is directing educators to refrain from participating in this feedback.

The MUT is objecting about a questionnaire entitled “Reading time questionnaire for primary schools” The questionnaire shall expose educators to unwarranted comparisons through the responses provided. To this effect the MUT is directing all educators to refrain from replying to the questionnaire.
