Update on St Albert the Great College – MUT defends the right to industrial actions
Earlier this week MUT Officials were in court defending the right to industrial actions. Following the defeat of St Albert the Great College Rector and Board through the warrant of prohibitory injunction which they failed to obtain in court, the Rector and Board have opened a case in the Industrial Tribunal to try to stop the MUT from its industrial actions. The MUT will not be intimidated and shall continue to protect members in court and in all institutions.
