Update on the court warrant (mandat) regarding the situation of State Primary peripatetic, subject teaching in Primary, Complimentary, Nurture and services
Earlier today, the MUT and its legal team were in court to defend affected members rights during the scheduled hearing of the court warrant filed by the Ministry for Education against the union. The session led to a decree by the sitting Judge who recused himself from the case. The case shall now pass to another sitting Judge. The MUT will issue further updates accordingly and affected members can register for the meeting being held tomorrow 29th September (click HERE to register).
