Further clarification on CoPE Sessions
The MUT would like to note that the 40 hours CoPE time mentioned in the sectoral agreement are the MAXIMUM hours management shall have at its disposition during normal working hours. This training should be provided or organised by management and no fees should be charged to educators to participate. Once again, queries and difficulties should be directed to the MUT through the usual channels.
