No Agreement on “Peer Review” Practices
The MUT is informed that some schools are trying to introduce initiatives that they are calling “Peer Reviews”, where teachers visit classes to watch lessons of their colleagues and prepare a report with the outcomes which has to be handed in to the school administration. The Union would like to remind members that this is not a practice which is agreed upon with the Union and invites members to report such practices to the Union for advise and action.
